The 1058th Assault Squadron is a unit of the Star Forces of the Humankind Empire of Abh and part the of the Second Fleet under Admiral Nereis Bebaus. In ICY 955, the unit was under the command of then Hecto-Commander Atosuryua Loy.
Combat Characteristics[]
Six Roil-Class Assault Ships make up the squadron with one being a command variant. As these ships have relatively weak armor and shields, several squadrons are used to attack larger vessels such as patrol ships. They also participate in larger battles by attacking mines and other assault ships.

Operation Phantom Flame[]

During Operation Phantom Flame, the 1058th Assault squadron performed reconnaissance in the Wimple Star System as well as participated in a Skirmish at Aptic before fighting at the Second Battle at the Aptic gate as part of the Aptic Campaign. Over the course of these battles, the squadron lost several ships including the Kidroil, Seigroil, Helzroil and even the first Basroil.
Operation Hunter[]

During this operation, the Basroil was sent on detached duty to Lobnas II where Lafiel and Jinto served as territorial ambassadors.
